Greetings, Spacesaver Group,
As we progress through the second half of the year, I want to take a moment to celebrate how far we have come together. While it is natural to dwell on challenges or things beyond our control, it is even more important to recognize and celebrate our successes – both large and small – across our professional and personal lives.
By working as one team, we are truly stronger. Every milestone has brought us valuable lessons and strengthened our connection as a group, and that is something to appreciate.
The future holds tremendous promise. Let’s continue to support one another, remain grateful for the journey thus far, and stay excited for what lies ahead.
Thank you for being a part of the the Spacesaver Group. Here’s to every win, and to the opportunities still to come.
Laurel Harrison

Spacesaver Scorecard
Coming off a record setting year in 2024, we were optimistic about the trend we were setting. Now, seven months into 2025, we are focused on not just beating last year’s records but SMASHING THEM! With the government year-end upon us, the next few months should offer significant MIL orders, along with the continued growth in PST and GOV. Not to be outdone, the MUS and LIB/EDU markets are not only on pace to exceed quota, but to also possibly set new records yet again! And all of this is from the collective efforts of The Spacesaver Group!
July kept our pace for incoming orders, entering just under $10M as a Group, led by Patterson Pope ($2.7M – 143% of quota) and Southwest Solutions Group ($1.7M – 154% of quota). The team at P2 Midwest carried the bulk of the P2 number, submitting over $1.5M (263%) of new orders. We had 13 PARs over their monthly target and with 18 PARs over their YTD goal, our collective total stands at 103% of YTD quota. Spacesaver Specialists is over 230% ($2.4M) and our newcomer to the Group – SmartSpace GTA – is already off to a blazing start, entering 241% in their first month!!!!
And…shipments were even stronger! We had 18 PARs exceed their monthly sales goal (102% for the collective group), led by STORAGELogic with over $1.1M (759% of monthly target) and Bradford Systems IL/IN/MO at $1.08M (172%). We are now at 103% YTD as a team, with 20 PARs on pace to exceed their annual performance standard for sales…and 7 more within clear striking distance of 85% or better. Interior Solutions NM (231%) and Spacesaver Intermountain UT/ID/NV (218%) are leading the pack through July, but with STORAGELogic (189%), Donnegan Systems VT/NH/ME (181%), and Spacesaver Interiors MD (160%) not far behind, it will be an exciting race to see who ends up on top!
We are thankful for the efforts of the entire Group and will continue to do all we can to align our efforts to produce the synergy needed to reach our goals of new records and maintain our growth trend into 2026!
Want to see where you stand? Check out this month’s Scorecard!
DELIVERing The Win
Better Later Than Ineffective
While it’s always great to hear The Group has been awarded a project, there’s an extra little umph when we hear it was because an end user was dissatisfied with a competitor and turned to us to get exactly what they were looking for. One recent example came in the form of evidence lockers provided for the Hardeeville Police Department in South Carolina.
Needing an update to their evidence storage system to better support the delivery and handling of materials of all shapes, forms, and states, the department put the project out to bid. Despite demonstrating the value our systems could bring to the update, a competitor was awarded the contract.
As the building was being readied to get turned over to the client, several doors on the evidence lockers were not yet functioning properly. After three trips to the facility, the competitor was unable to get them to work, which led the department to call their local Spacesaver representative to provide replacements they could depend on.
Now, with our trusted evidence lockers in place, the department is ready to handle anything that comes its way – safely, securely, and without a shred of doubt.
Going Above PAR
Some projects redefine the meaning of level of service. The new public safety building Gary Manogue and the team at Casper are currently developing for the Lansing Police Department is a clear example of this. Originating from having a finger on the pulse of their local market and a presentation Gary and Jim Casper made for the department, the project has expanded exponentially over the past two years due to Gary’s efforts. Through diligent walkthroughs of each area of the facility that requires storage with a variety of partners, he has uncovered multiple opportunities to add solutions to the department’s order and provide invaluable insight to best address their needs. One way he did so was to provide more than 50 submittal drawings for just the locker portion of the order. Gary, thank you for another example of how Group members are willing to Go Above PAR. We look forward to seeing this order come through!
