June 2025

Thank you to all our distribution partners for your incredible support and dedication. As we approach the midpoint of 2025, your commitment has been invaluable in navigating the evolving tariff and economic landscape. We take pride in the fact that our high-quality products are entirely manufactured in Fort Atkinson, WI – a small town with a population just shy of 12,500 – by skilled craftsmen who are dedicated to the art of manufacturing. Furthermore, each of you, with your local business community involvement, truly define the essence of superior customer service.

As we round out this year, we anticipate facing new challenges and opportunities together. Let us embrace uncertainty, capitalize on our strengths, and transform obstacles into avenues for growth and innovation. Together, we will achieve significant success and uncover new possibilities. Thank you for being an integral part of our journey.

Spacesaver Scorecard

As we approach 2025 halftime, the gameplan has been effective – delivering on pace performance for The Group in both Incoming Orders (101%) as well as shipments (102%). The commitment to consistency is prevalent and the optimism for continued success is difficult to dispute…and I am confident this team will keep the foot on the gas to ensure we do not slow down.

Led by Patterson Pope, who entered almost $3M 154% – both P2 Midwest ($1.18M – 202% of May quota) and P2 SE ($844K – 184% of June quota) – May delivered solid performance for the Group, submitting just under $9.7M in new orders (98%), keeping the cumulative Group total over 101% for the YTD target. Spacesaver Solutions VA entered over 423% of their monthly target, getting them into the Top 4 YTD, trailing only StorageLOGIC (892%), Spacesaver Specialists (196%) and Donnegan Systems NH, VT, ME (169%) with Southwest Solutions Group S KS/W MO (145%) rounding out the Top 5 YTD. In total, we have 13 PARs exceeding their 5-month YTD target, with 4 more over 91%.

Even more encouraging is our YTD performance for shipments – with 20 (YES 20!!!!) PARs on pace to surpass their annual target in 2025. In May, we had 4 Area Contractors invoice over $1M (Spacesaver Intermountain, Spacesaver Interiors, MD, Patterson Pope, and Southwest Solutions Group), and a total of 13 PARs hitting their monthly quota. Interior Solutions, NM/El Paso (303%) leads everyone, but Spacesaver Intermountain UT/ID/NV (236%) is keeping the heat on… and rumor has it they have their sights on taking the lead for the % title. Patterson Pope has shipped over $11M in just 5 months (116%) and is primed to set yet another overall record. The Group has shipped over $50M through May, and it is safe to say we are not ruling out another record setting year for multiple Area Contractors.

Summer is here – I personally felt the southwest desert heat of 109 degrees this past week – and I’ve never been more excited being a part of this Team. This Group continues to raise the bar and reset the standard of excellence. Let us never settle for what has been accomplished while we reach for what has yet to be accomplished!

Remember, winning does not make a winner… consistently winning leads to greatness!  #CommitmentToConsistent

DELIVERing The Win

Rumor Has It, We’re The Best

Originated from a rumor Chase Coleman of Patterson Pope heard from an evidence manager at his local property and evidence association in Florida, the Fort Lauderdale Police Department (FLPD) installation turned into a more than $700k project encompassing solutions for evidence and general storage, firearms, locker rooms, and more. And, while it all started with a bit of networking, it was furthered by The Group’s commitment to provide the right storage systems for FLPD’s present needs and future demands.

When preparing for his meeting with the department’s decision makers, Chase completed an inventory analysis to share with the group. “The inventory analysis is huge because you can determine what they have for current storage needs versus future storage needs to determine the size of the room,” said Chase. He added that it is also tremendously valuable when working with a partner like AECOM – the architect on the FLPD project – who was extremely involved in the project.

For support with the bidding process, Chase turned to Mitchell Miller, Noah Kusel, and Spacesaver’s AC Sales Support and Major Projects teams. Initially, the AC Sales Support team helped Chase review the specifications to ensure bill of material accuracy and provide strategic pricing to maintain competitiveness. Later, the Major Projects team continued support of the project by providing above and beyond assistance and project tracking. In addition, Andy Meadows and Tiffani Bohning of Patterson Pope provided invaluable support of the design, pricing structure, and execution of the contract.

This installation was another banner example of how The Group wins projects through collaboration, partnership, and local expertise. Not only that, but also of Spacesaver’s status as a total solutions provider, because the project was completed with 100% standard materials! Through maintaining a consistent line of communication with the GC and end user – and a little help from our Sourcewell contract – we were able to deliver a well-deserved win for everyone involved!

Going Above PAR

How can we offer the highest level of security and visibility for our collections? This has been and will remain the age-old question for museums. Luckily, The Spacesaver Group will always have an answer no matter the size or location of the facility. Take for example Vermont Historical Society. Facing growing incidents of theft and damage and demand for ways to display more of their items, administrators the society reached out to Glenn Underwood of Donnegan Systems to provide clarity on how our systems could address both objectives.

Already having provided a mobile system for storing collections in the facility’s basement, Glenn was familiar with the types of items the society was looking to move upstairs and into the spotlight. He worked with staff to identify not only the correct configuration of systems and features – including cabinets, drawers, art racks, and shelving with locking mechanisms and full-height glass doors – for the collections, but also underutilized space that could be converted into a display room for patrons to enjoy a rotating collection of artifacts.

Furthering our status as a total solutions provider, Glenn noted that our installation team did a great job working with the glass manufacturer to securely mount the heavy glass doors, allowing safe operation for staff and clear visibility for patrons. Thank you, Glenn, for Going Above PAR!
